Crushing and Screening Bucket
The crushing and screening bucket integrates crushing, screening, conveying, and mixing functions into a single unit. It can process raw materials such as natural stone, construction waste, and industrial slag directly at the job site, transforming them into ready-to-use finished aggregates of various specifications in one pass. This enables "on-site transformation with just one machine."
How It Works:
Operated via the excavator's hydraulic system, it uses a hydraulically driven rotor combined with internal fixed hammers to crush and screen material. It offers high processing capacity and excellent versatility.
Key Advantages:
Mobility & On-Site Processing: No need to transport materials to a fixed crushing plant. Significantly reduces hauling costs, fuel consumption, and carbon emissions. Ideal for sites with limited space, multiple locations, or difficult access.
Multifunctionality & Cost Savings: One excavator, equipped with different attachments via a quick coupler, can perform multiple tasks: excavation, crushing, screening, and loading. Eliminates the need for investing in multiple fixed production lines and dedicated machines, lowering overall ownership costs.
No Foundation, Fast Deployment: Ready to work immediately upon arrival. Requires no complex foundation construction or installation like fixed plants.
Reduced Environmental Impact: On-site processing cuts truck traffic, thereby reducing noise, dust, and road wear. Recycling construction waste promotes resource recovery, supporting circular economy and green construction principles.
Intuitive Operation & Easy Maintenance: Operated directly by the excavator operator. Simpler structure compared to fixed plants ensures straightforward daily maintenance.
Application :
Construction & Demolition Waste Recycling: Crushing concrete, bricks, tiles, asphalt slabs, separating rebar, and producing recycled aggregates.
Quarrying & Mining: On-site crushing and screening of natural rock to produce various sizes of stone, rip-rap, and sand.
Pipeline & Cable Trenching: Screening and separating soil from stones during trench excavation to obtain quality backfill material.
Soil Remediation & Land Reclamation: Crushing compacted clods, removing stones, and mixing in lime or stabilizers for soil conditioning.
Landscaping & Gardening: Preparing topsoil, filter soil, and clearing land.
Road Maintenance: In-place recycling of road base materials and patching potholes.
